FDA-approved injectable
Temporarily relaxes targeted muscles to smooth forehead lines, crow's feet, and frown lines. Results appear in 3–7 days and last 3–4 months. Precise dosing by a clinical provider prevents the overdone look that comes from improper unit counts or placement.
Hyaluronic acid · Restylane · Juvederm
Adds volume to lips, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and under-eye hollows. Duration ranges 6–18 months depending on product and treatment area. All hyaluronic acid filler placed at TonedMD is reversible with hyaluronidase if the result needs adjustment.
Biologic + structural treatments
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses your own growth factors to improve skin texture, tone, and collagen production over time — with no foreign substance introduced. PDO thread lifts provide a non-surgical lift effect with results typically lasting 12–18 months as the threads stimulate new collagen along the lift path.

Dr. Jack Fatiha, MD serves as Medical Director, and Peiman Ghatan, PA-C performs and oversees aesthetic procedures. A clinical consultation is required before any treatment is administered — we review your health history, medications, and prior injectable experience before placing a single unit.
Most patients see results for 3–4 months. Longevity varies depending on the treatment area, the number of units placed, individual metabolism, and muscle activity. Treatment areas with stronger muscle movement — such as the masseter — may require more frequent maintenance. Your provider will discuss a realistic timeline at your consult.
Both are FDA-approved neuromodulators that temporarily relax muscle activity to smooth lines and prevent new wrinkle formation. Dysport may spread slightly more broadly than Botox, which some providers prefer for larger surface areas like the forehead. The unit dosing differs between the two products.
